North East Link
2021 – 2028, VIC, Australia
As part of a joint venture Informma is part of the team delivering critical independent reviewer and environmental auditor services to help deliver the $11.1 billion PPP main tunnelling package of North East Link, Victoria’s largest ever road infrastructure project.
Infomma’s role has been to implement and manage IDV and Information Management Processes via Certifi. The approach implemented has ensured that the assessment of documentation and logging of comments was managed in real time and within a collaborative working platform. Additional benefits of the approach included valuable and real time reporting and data analytics and the ability to achieve all critical review deadlines whilst ensuring strict contact compliance and a high level of quality assurance.
Level Crossing Removal Project
2019, VIC, Australia
Informma is working for the Western Program Alliance as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project to remove 110 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne by 2030. This is the largest project of its kind in Victoria’s history.
The Informma team have led business change and efficiency improvements to design processes for the Western Program Alliance. The team have designed and implemented processes within the Certifi system and managed business change aspects across all project stakeholders. Some of the focus areas to date have been to improve the Target Outturn Cost (TOC) phase review, the Technical Advice Note (TAN) development process, internal squad check reviews and improvements to the evidence tracking and quality assurance process for requirements management. Customised reporting and tracking has been implemented to manage compliance gate requirements and support Design Managers in the early warning of issues. Of significant note is the achievement of a KRA for improvements to the requirements management process, which has also now been adopted by other Alliances under LXRP.
Gawler Rail Electrification
2018 – 2024, SA, Australia
The Gawler Rail Electrification Project involves the electrification of Gawler line from the Adelaide Railway Station to Gawler Central Railway Station.
As part of this project Informma implemented the Certifi system to track and manage the comment review process across all organisations, inclusive of design, signaling and construction verification processes. The innovation and information led approach offered complete traceability and management of comments throughout their lifecycle and created efficiencies and cost saving in management and reporting
